Recommendations

Below I have composed a list of works, both literary and otherwise, that I enjoyed and can recommend at the very least to someone with specific tastes.  It is more likely that I can recommend a majority of these works to anyone.  This list is, by its very definition, subjective; it is a list of the stories that I enjoyed, and I hope that you might find something on this list that you might never have heard of—that you might enjoy.

Acknowledgements

My list of recommendations is, and will always be, incomplete.  I will therefore try to update it when I find a new work that I think is of good enough quality to include on this page.  Even among the many works that I like, it will take some time to fully populate this list with even a fraction of them.  When I remember another book, film, television show, or other that I liked, I will add it to this page in the appropriate place.  Furthermore, some of my absolute favourite works may or may not be included on this list, as I have created a list of my “chief recommendations” for those works that I consider to be particularly exceptional.

This list is presented in alphabetical order.
